Sergeant Major Yonatan Hatzor, from Katzir, a soldier in the Sayeret Shaldag unit, fell in battle in the northern Gaza Strip, at the age of 22. Yonatan, the son of Avner and Daphna Hatzor, brother to Eyal and grandson to Uri and Naomi, was outstanding and brilliant, very talented, sensitive, and a gifted painter (just like his great-grandfather). He was truly the salt of the earth. May his memory be blessed.
