Moshe traveled with his family to his grandson’s circumcision and was cold-bloodedly murdered by terrorists. Ben Porat worked as a butcher and kosher supervisor at the Amal nursing home in Tiberias.
‘He taught us to find joy even in difficult situations. Now our hearts are broken and tearful. When I heard Moshe passed away, the sorrow was even greater. His happiness was his crowning glory. Even though I knew he had been through many tough times in his life, he was always happy and cheerful. We all learned from him what it means to be happy,’ eulogized Chaim Vaknin.
Moshe left behind his wife, a pair of twin daughters, and a young child.
