He was eulogized: “Malik, they took you away at such a young age, and I still wait for you every day to climb the stairs and greet me with ‘As-Salamu Alaikum, Commander, I am here.’ I yearn for our talks, your smile, your pure heart. You knew how to love and help. How can I imagine days without you bringing joy to my life? My heart cries for you, but I’m certain you are in a better place. Rest in peace, my angel.”
