Adi, the eldest of three siblings and a resident of the Samarian community of Kiryat Netafim, was on her way to reserves duty when she was killed by a rocket falling near Sderot. Adi was incredibly active, a leader in the Bnei Akiva youth movement, was loved by everyone, and was always ready to help with endless generosity.

Dear Baruch family,
I regret never having had the opportunity to meet Adi but from your description it is evident that Adi was a charming, joyful and courageous person who even at such a young age brought light and happiness to her family and her community. As an American Jew I feel as if I, too, have lost a dear member of my family. May God avenge her blood and comfort you among the mourners of Tzion and Yerushalayim.
Dear the Baruch family, so sorry about your loss.. it sounds like Adi was a very special person… HaShem should comfort during this time and always… With love, prayers, and thoughts, Moshe
