Corporal Tomer Barak from Petah Tikva was a soldier in the Golani Brigade’s 13th Battalion. He was 20 years old when he fell in battle.

His father adds, “Tomer was a good, talented, smart, cheerful, unusually sharp, and social kid. Everyone loved him wherever he went. He was always goal-oriented, radiated confidence, and said nothing would happen to him. We started planning a family trip for the future, but it will never happen. I can’t believe he’s gone; I’m a bereaved father. I can’t speak about him in the past tense.”
