Omri Roth

He was eulogized: “For three days, we led the battalion into the heart of Gaza City, we were the first to reach the sea. We killed many enemies, didn’t eat, didn’t sleep, and most importantly – we didn’t stop. That night, I was injured, and you stayed to fight. You came to visit me in the hospital, we sat for hours, enjoying every moment. I asked you to take care of yourself, and you, with a smile, told me not to worry. That was the last time we saw each other. It’s important you know you influenced many, led your soldiers with strength, you are the salt of this earth, and thanks to you, and people like you, we are here.”
