Liron Snir

Rabbi Haim Gantz, head of the Ma’ale Eliyahu Yeshiva in Tel Aviv where Liron Snir studied, eulogized him: “The yeshiva mourns the difficult news that has reached our doorstep. Liron was a wise student who spent every spare moment in the yeshiva, even during vacations, to absorb more Torah learning and strengthen his friends. Torah, good manners, and love for the people led him forward in the yeshiva, in the army, and now in the war. We part from Liron as a hero and are grateful for the privilege of having learned and lived alongside him.”

  1. I am heartbroken over the death of this brave ben Torah. May his memory be for a blessing and may you be comforted among the mourners of Tzion and Yerushalayim.
