Eitan Ziv from Kibbutz Kfar Azza was the ultimate tour guide in the Gaza Envelope. The man behind the “Mokirim” project, through which guides volunteer to stand at dozens of monuments and share the stories of fallen IDF soldiers on Remembrance Day, he worked to create a tradition that would become one of the beautiful parts of this country. Eitan and his wife Tami were killed following a battle with terrorists in their kibbutz, where he was so proud to live.
