Major Avraham Henkin z”l, a fighter in the Special Unit for Combatting Terrorism (YAMAM), fell while fighting in the south to save residents and IDF soldiers. He left behind a wife and four children. Avraham was decorated with a medal for his part in fighting the terror attack on Highway 12 in 2011.
