Alicia Levin Alicia was killed along with her partner, Steven Makrachenko. She leaves behind two children. “Alicia was the strongest woman we knew. Despite facing difficult times in her life, she never outwardly showed any struggle or problem. Alicia was full of energy; we all knew that when you needed a supportive shoulder and uplifting, you turned to her first to recharge you with renewed strength. She worked hard from morning to night, and nothing was too challenging for her. At the same time, she was a wonderful mother to her two children, making sure they lacked nothing.”
