Adam Ilayev z”l, age 22, was killed at the horrific massacre at the music festival near Re’im. His family knew he was injured, but then lost contact with him for a long time. After three agonizing days of uncertainty, they received the tragic news of his death.

    I never met Adam but he looks like the young man I would have loved to know, a person who enjoyed the outdoors and was enthusiastic about good music.

    I look at Adam’s picture and I see a beautiful person who loved life and was taken from the world too soon. I see the life in his eyes and can tell he loved to smile and make others happy. All of Am Yisrael is with you in mourning. May your family know only joy and peace in the future.
