Yehudit Weiss, of blessed memory, was a cancer patient, and after her abduction, her family expressed concern for her health, assuming she would not receive the necessary medical treatment while in captivity. Her daughter Zemer Weiss stated to the media: “We fought in every possible way, it’s too late for us, but we want to support and call for the return of the other captives, for whom it won’t be too late.”
