Avida Bachar from Kibbutz Be’eri is currently in Soroka Hospital, after being injured and having his leg amputated. He lost his wife and son, Dana and Carmel, in the terrible massacre that occurred on the kibbutz during ‘Black Sabbath.’ Avida spoke about the murder he witnessed, his desire to return home, and his belief that the response to the enemy should be different from what we are used to: “There is no solution for the Gaza Strip.”
